By accessing or using ProcessDeck (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProcessDeck provides software that converts recorded process walkthroughs into structured documentation and SOPs. The Service is provided on a pay as you go or subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.

5. Usage Limits

Each uploaded process counts toward your available usage based on your selected plan or Pay As You Go purchase. Usage limits reset monthly for subscription plans. Unused usage does not roll over.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ProcessDeck. By uploading content, you grant ProcessDeck a limited license to process and analyze the content solely to provide the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. ProcessDeck may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. ProcessDeck does not guarantee that generated documentation will be error-free or suitable for all purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessDeck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

ProcessDeck may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
